CLO coffee price guide

Every CLO coffee we track, priced per cup, and which bag is actually the cheap one.

Updated 3 September 2026Written by the We Try Coffee team

Coffee is sold by the bag and drunk by the cup, and the two almost never rank in the same order. A CLO bag that looks dear on the shelf can turn out to be the cheapest thing here once you divide it out, and the one that looks like a bargain often is not. So here is every CLO coffee we track, across whole bean and ground, on one honest unit.

The quick version

Bright, fruity coffee for people who already know they like it, at a price that expects you to care.

What CLO coffee costs

The range runs from 59p to £1.15 a cup across ten products. That is a 1.9× spread inside a single brand, which is why "is CLO expensive" is the wrong question; the right one is which bag you pick. The cheapest is Jacob's Well in the 1kg, and the dearest is Colombia La Fresa in the 250g.

Bags themselves run £16.00 to £48.00. Ignore that column. A bigger bag costs more and almost always costs less per cup, which is the only number that follows you home.

The one to buy

Jacob's Well is the cheapest thing CLO sells, at 59p a cup. We cannot yet set that against a market average for whole bean coffee, so treat it as the floor of the range rather than a verdict on value.

CLO pack sizes

Pack size moves the price per kilo more than anything else in a range. Buy the biggest bag you will finish in about six weeks.

CLO coffee, cheapest per cup

Live prices, updated whenever this page is loaded.

Prices are the last we fetched and can move. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. It never changes the order, which is always cheapest per cup first.

How to pay less for it

  1. Read the per-cup column, not the shelf price. They order differently more often than not.
  2. Buy the biggest bag you will finish in about six weeks. Pack size moves the per-kilo price further than anything else on this page.
  3. Check whether the same coffee turns up in a larger bag further down the range. It often does, at a lower rate.
  4. Check again before you reorder. Whoever was cheapest last month frequently is not.
