Best value in the range
Machu Picchu is the strongest value Café Direct currently offers: at £0.35 per cup it sits about 26% below the median cup price for whole bean coffee across everything we track. That is a comparison against the whole market, not against Café Direct's own list prices.
Who it suits
- Home espresso and cafetière drinkers, if the large-format bags are within your six-week window.

Value for money
On our own test — cost per cup against the median for the same format — Café Direct has at least one genuinely strong product in the range. That is a better result than most brands manage, and it is concentrated in the larger pack sizes.
